UNIVAC I- First Commercial Computer
Today’s personal computers so much faster as well as too much intelligence that works enough restless, unbelievable and used in various difficult purposes, but the world’s first desktop computer, UNIVAC-I when invented in 1951, then that was used in 46 general purpose computers built.
The very first commercially “successful” computer was called UNIVAC I, which weighed 13 metric tons, consumed 125 kW and launched in 1951. A total of 46 systems was built and delivered to organizations. Today, more than 1.7 billion personal computers are used in the world.
